September 2011 kicks off with two Adult Education opportunities Sunday mornings during the 9 o'clock hour prior to Worship. We look forward to seeing you. Adult Education Offering Beginning September 18
“Polishing Your Parenting” Dr. Kimberly Borin, EdD, will lead this class for six Sundays beginning September 18 at 9 a.m. in the Trinity Room. Topics will include raising children and youth, school, and the challenges facing parents in the 21st century. Currently a guidance counselor, Dr. Borin has worked at both the elementary and high school levels. Go to her website www.theencouragingworks.com. Kids sing, pray, make a project, and hear a Bible Story that they can relate to. On communion Sundays, Children's Worship begins at 10am; on other Sundays, it begins immediately following the Children's Message during the Sanctuary service.

They also perform at nursing homes and other churches in the area, as well as attending national and area handbell festivals. The choir is taught advanced ringing techniques and music reading. There are now 66 boys from Bridgewater, Branchburg, and Warren registered in our troop and busy every Friday night. In the summer, boys may attend camp at Resica Falls. We have sent crews to the Maine High Adventure Base, Philmont Scout Reservation, and the Florida Sea Base. Our scouts are also involved in community service. Since the troop was started 48 years ago, 118 boys have achieved Eagle Scout status.
